We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're specialists in three things: helping you design the right spaces, installing them flawlessly, and managing projects so nothing falls through the cracks.
We work directly with end clients, architects, dealers, and general contractors. We're on contract with the State of Arizona and several government agencies. We've handled everything from 600-workstation corporate rollouts to complete FF&E packages for multifamily and hospitality projects across the country.

HERROLD PEREZ
PRESIDENT
Herrold founded ModLogics in 2009 and has spent 25 years in commercial furniture installation. Herrold has seen every job type, every system, and every curveball. He runs the field and closes the deals.
JULIE BELTON
VICE PRESIDENT
Julie co-founded ModLogics in 2009 and has built the company from the ground up. She runs operations, builds relationships, and makes sure every project is set up to succeed before it starts.
