ModLogics has been doing commercial furniture installation in Phoenix since 2009. We're not a big box. We're not a franchise. We're a tight team of experienced people who take pride in making your project go smoothly.

We started in 2009 with a simple idea — do the job right and make the people who hired you look good. That's still the whole plan.

We're on contract with the State of Arizona and several government agencies. We've installed everything from 600-workstation corporate rollouts to full FF&E packages for multifamily and hospitality projects across the country.

Our crews are uniformed, trained, and accountable. Our project managers keep jobs on schedule. And when something comes up — because something always comes up — you can reach us.

Herrold founded ModLogics in 2009 and has spent 25 years in commercial furniture installation. Herrold has seen every job type, every system, and every curveball. He runs the field and closes the deals.
