HERROLD PEREZ
PRESIDENT

Herrold is ModLogics' founding partner and has spent 32+ years in commercial furniture installation. He's seen every system, every challenge, and every curveball that comes with complex project delivery.

Herrold oversees operations and maintains customer relationships with extensive technical knowledge. Whether it's solving installation problems on the fly, understanding how different systems integrate, or knowing exactly what will work in a space, his expertise runs deep. That technical foundation is what allows ModLogics to deliver reliable results across every project type.

Over the years, Herrold has built relationships with clients, vendors, and crews across the Phoenix area. His approach is straightforward: solve problems before they become expensive, communicate clearly, and make sure every installation is done right. That's the standard ModLogics is built on.

JULIE BELTON
VICE PRESIDENT

Julie co-founded ModLogics in 2009 and has spent the last 17 years building it into one of Arizona's most trusted commercial furniture and workspace solutions companies. She runs operations, builds relationships, and makes sure every project is set up to succeed before it starts.

What sets Julie apart is her hands-on understanding of how spaces actually work. She's designed and built three homes from the ground up with her own hands—including two she designed entirely in CAD herself. That real-world experience in construction and spatial planning informs everything she does at ModLogics.

Over 17 years, Julie has overseen more than 5,000 projects across the Phoenix metro area. Her approach is straightforward: listen to what clients actually need, keep projects on budget, and bring good energy to the space. She takes on the headaches so her clients don't have to.
