We inspect every piece on receipt and document any damage immediately with photos and written notes on the delivery receipt. We notify you right away so freight claims can be filed while the carrier is still responsible. This is one of the biggest advantages of using a professional receiving service — damage found at the warehouse is documented and actionable. Damage found on installation day is a much harder claim to make.
